SOLTECH acts as a general contractor:

– A set of works to ensure waterproofing of the basement floor. (shut-off waterproofing, injection without dismantling the foundation)

– Strengthening load-bearing structures

– Dismantling of walls and partitions in accordance with the new layout of the premises

– Construction of new walls, openings and partitions

– Restoration of decorative elements of the ceiling

– Installation of internal engineering systems (water supply, conditioning, ventilation, heating, sewage)

– Finishing work in accordance with the design project
